About MAXIS
The MAXIS global employee benefits network provides clients and consultants with a single contract and single contact for managing employee benefits services. Our partners worldwide ensure that your employee benefits program delivers the best quality products locally. Through international pooling, country-specific plans, worldwide assistance or other customized solutions, MAXIS offers a complete range of products and services to support international companies and their subsidiaries. We work closely with 74 partner companies worldwide, for the most part leaders in their domestic market.
The MAXIS Network was jointly established in February 1998 by two of the most respected companies in employee benefits and insurance services in the world, AXA and MetLife.
AXA is a global leader in financial protection and wealth management, serving 52 million customers, and employing 120,000 people in more than 80 countries.
MetLife is one of the largest and best capitalized insurance and financial services companies in the U.S., serving 88 of the Fortune 100 and 64,000 companies overall.
MAXIS Network members are leading carriers in 74 countries which include independent carriers as well as AXA and MetLife subsidiaries. The MAXIS Secretariat, located in Paris, coordinates and administers the network. It also develops international products to support international companies, coordinates training and international sales and executes contract management.
A regional center in New York works with North American based international companies.
